Stand rates

Below is an illustrative example of a stand at the Fair:

Minimum stand 2m x 2m.

Included in the cost of your stand is a traditional wooden shell scheme stand with flat muslin ceiling, fascia name board and carpet.

You will also be entitled to a minimum of 30 complimentary guest tickets with a value of over £500 and marketing materials such as leaflets, stickers, posters, etc.

As an exhibitor, you will receive coverage throughout our highly-targeted marketing and PR campaign. Your company will also benefit from a listing on the Spirit of Summer Fair website and a free listing in The Fair Book (circ: 8,000) distributed to all visitors who book their tickets in advance and available for purchase at the Fair.
