Her jewellery is inspired from her passion for baroque freshwater pearls in all their wonderful hues which she personally sources from the Far East with the pieces being designed and created by her in the UK
Her showroom and website www.byelise.com which she launched a year ago, are a showcase for her jewellery – ropes of baroque freshwater pearls individually mixed with turquoise, quartz and semi precious gems and teamed with stunning pendants of silver and inlaid with more jewels.
Her stand will reflect the showroom with jewellery which is showcased on mannequins or piled in wonderful tactile heaps on the French furniture that fills the room.
On the floor lie suede slippers and stylish Italian leather bags. Cloth bags, velvet embroidered coats and shawls drape over chairs; the cabinets are full of silver mementos and keepsake boxes, and on the walls are delicate pastels, mirrors and decorative objects that you’d just like to pick up and carry off home. It’s like a sweet shop for grown ups.
