Trotter's Independent Condiments was started in 2009 by Byam Trotter cooking in his parents kitchen The idea of the business came from him not being able to find a job after university combined with his parents discovering a delicious condiment (Mostarda) in Italy and not being able to buy it in uk. Now over two years into business the range has increased to include a number of unique and delicious condiments form wild garlic pesto to Mojito Jelly. all are a must try.
