Kate Cook

Kate is the director and founder of The Nutrition Coach, author and public speaker.
Since training at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition over a decade ago and having provided face to face consultations for over 4,500 patients, Kate has become synonymous with making real and lasting changes to individuals across the UK from every walk of life by transforming their health, energy and mindset.
Having appeared with Martine McCutcheon on UKTV’s “The Truth About Beauty”, written national columns in Marie Claire, Mens Health, Red, Zest and Closer and published a string of influential and critically acclaimed books (“Get Healthy For Good”, “Drop A Dress Size” and “An Unfit Mother”), Kate has established herself as the UK’s premier authority on personal reinvention.
As the old adage goes, “if you always do what you’ve always done, you’ll always get what you’ve always got.”
But you need a reason to change; you simply cannot alter your lifestyle in one go.
Small steps and persistent consistency can have the most profound affect on your attitude, career, health, ambition, relationship or even finances.
By building on a solid nutritional foundation that naturally affords new levels of efficiency, energy and vitality, Kate has built her reputation on identifying what is holding back people and formulating a plan for change.
Her philosophy is not built around tight discipline and rigid rules but instead focuses on keeping things simple, practical, easy and effective. It is a process that inexorably moves from what you eat to who you are; from food to fruition.
