The marketing team are on hand to help you have the best show possible and take advantage of all the exposure opportunities in the run-up to the Fair.
We need your stories, images, and product information to help us create engaging content to promote your brand. We can't stress enough the importance of uploading lifestyle and product imagery to the Marketing Form as soon as possible, so we can get to work on marketing you.
The Exhibitor Directory gets A LOT of website traffic pre-event.
Set yourself up for success by updating your E-Zone profile with your logo, imagery etc. Our eager ticketholders will be checking!
We encourage you to add as much engaging detail as possible because the exhibitor profile pages are the most clicked on, this will help you to engage a greater audience and increase the chances of your listing appearing in organic searches.
Please update your profile now and this can be added to, and amended in the run-up to the Fair. You can add your company profile including company information, logo, header image, social media handles and product images and details, as well as, new for this year, press releases and videos if you have them.

Complimentary Tickets
Each exhibitor may claim an allocation of complimentary e-ticket codes. Your ticket allocation is based on your stand size.

Official Publications Partner for Pocket Map - Event Guides Limited
Please note that this year we are not producing a show guide, but will be producing a pocket map. The pocket map will be produced by our Official Publications Partner, Event Guides Limited.
The Fair Pocket Map will be available on entry to the Fair and will provide visitors with a vital reference tool to navigate their way around. The map will contain a complete and complimentary A-Z listing of exhibitors with your company name and stand details and The Fair's floorplan.
All exhibitors will be contacted directly by Event Guides Limited, concerning Pocket Map additional advertising opportunities.

Advertising opportunities will be available in the Pocket Map, as well as the complimentary A-Z listing, and this will be orgnaised by the Official Publications Partner - Event Guides Limited.
