Q: When is the Fair?
A: The 2022 event runs for four days from Thursday 23rd June to Sunday 26th June.
Q: What are the Fair opening times?
A: Thursday-Saturday: 10:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Sunday: 10:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Q: Can children come to the Fair?
A: Yes. Children under 12 can enter the Fair for free. A ticket must be purchased for children 12 and over. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Q: Can I bring my dog?
A: There is a strict no dog policy at Olympia with the exception of police and assistance dogs.
Q: How much are tickets?
A: Tickets start from £22 on the door. Book in advance for our reduced rate, and ensure you sign up to our mailing list to hear about exclusive discounts!
Q: Can I buy tickets on the door at the Fair?
A: Yes, tickets are available to be purchased on the door, however, to save you time and money, buying in advance is more convenient and offers better prices.
Q. I'm having issues with my booking. Who should I contact?
A: For any questions regarding your ticket purchase, either during booking or afterwards please contact SeeTickets, our ticketing agent. They can be contacted using their Customer Service Portal.
This has a 48-hour response time on all contact through the form, and a same day response if the event is in 3 days or less.
Q: I booked a ticket but want to attend on a different day
A: All tickets are valid for any alternative day of the Fair.
Q: Can I book a ticket for my carer in advance?
A: If you have a disability that restricts your ability to attend the Fair on your own, to the extent where a helper is needed, then a carer is admitted free of charge and can claim their ticket upon arrival. Full details on arranging their ticket can be found on the Ticket page.
Q: I am a House & Garden Subscriber, how do I redeem my ticket?
A: Simply follow the steps below:
1) Select the day you wish to attend
2) You will then be prompted for your 12 digit subscriber number for the code box (this will start with 0), enter and select go

3) Then follow the steps with entering your details and complete the booking process.
You can add up to two House and Garden tickets with your subscriber number. There will be a transaction fee of £2.50.

Q: Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Q: Can I book a wheelchair for the Fair?
A: Yes, wheelchairs can be booked via the Olympia London control room 0207 598 2411 – you will be asked to call on your arrival at the Fair and we will arrange for a wheelchair to be delivered to a foyer.
Q: Where are the wheelchair accessible toilets located?
A: Male and female wheelchair accessible toilets are provided throughout the venue. Please ask a member of the security staff if you are unable to locate these.
Q: How can I get assistance during by visit?
A: If you have any queries or need assistance during your visit, please contact any member of the Olympia staff who will be happy to help.
Q: What parking facilities are available for Blue Badge holders?
A: There are a limited number of disabled parking bays available in the venue car park for blue badge holders. These are allocated upon a first come first serve basis, however it is best to pre-book a space online in advance. Book through Olympia here.
Q: Can I rent a wheelchair for use at the Fair?
A: A limited number of wheelchairs are available to hire on receipt of a refundable security deposit. We recommend that wheelchairs are booked in advance by calling 020 7385 1200. Your wheelchair can then be made ready for you on arrival at the venue.

Q: What is the best way to get to Olympia?
A: There are several options available to get to Olympia. Full travel details can be found on the Plan Your Visit page. National Rail services are operating via Kensington Olympia from north and south of London on all days of the Fair, via Shepherds Bush and Clapham Junction.
Q: How much is parking?
A: Parking is limited, and is managed by Olympia London (not the Fair). Visit the Olympia website for more information and to pre-booking your space. Please note booking cannot be made more than four months in advance. Visit the Plan Your Visit page and click on By Car for alternative parking options.
Q: Will a cloakroom be accessible?
A: cloakroom facility will be available There is a small charge for this service. Please note that in light of COVID safety measures this service may be reduced or restricted at the Fair this year. We will update this when we have further information.
Q: Where can I eat?
